Terms of Service
Last updated April 26, 2026
These Terms govern your use of CoachPal, including our apps, websites, and related services. CoachPal is provided by CoachPal LLC ("CoachPal", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using CoachPal, you agree to these Terms.
CoachPal helps coaches, organizations, and athletes manage online coaching. Features may include client management, workouts, programs, training calendars, progress tracking, health or wearable data, messaging, files, and related tools.
CoachPal is software, not medical advice. Coaches and athletes are responsible for deciding whether any workout, program, metric, note, or recommendation is appropriate.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. If you use CoachPal for an organization or training business, you are responsible for managing who has access to that workspace.
CoachPal is not intended for children under 16. If you coach or invite minors, you are responsible for obtaining any required consent.
CoachPal is built for both sides of the coaching relationship. Coaches and organizations keep control of their coaching materials, business records, client notes, and program content. Athletes keep control of their athlete profile, training history, progress records, and health or wearable data, even when that data is shared with a coach.
Athletes are not locked to a single coach. Subject to account verification, product limitations, and legal obligations, athletes may move their CoachPal data to another coach or organization without losing control of their own athlete record.
You keep ownership of the content you submit to CoachPal. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and operate that content so we can provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful, accurate, and appropriate for the people who can access it.
You may not misuse CoachPal, access data without permission, interfere with the service, upload harmful or unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or use CoachPal to harass, exploit, or harm another person.
Health, training, and wearable data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. CoachPal should not be used as the sole basis for medical, safety, nutrition, or training decisions.
Athletes may delete their athlete data from CoachPal. When the mobile app deletion control is available, athletes will be able to start that deletion directly in the app.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as CoachPal evolves. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of every item of content.
CoachPal is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachPal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoachPal after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
