In the CoachPal app

Open the CoachPal app, tap your profile photo to open Account, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Confirm, and your account and its data are deleted right away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What's deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account, profile details, and profile photo
• Your workouts, logged sets, results, and workout videos
• Your body metrics and other entries
• Your one-to-one chats, including all messages, photos, videos, and voice notes in them
• Messages you sent in group chats
• Your notes, workout comments, and their attachments

What's kept

Messages other people sent in group chats you were part of stay in those chats. Crash and diagnostic reports, which don't include your workouts or messages, are kept by our error-monitoring provider for up to 90 days. Data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it's overwritten.
