CoachPal is used by coaches, organizations, and athletes. We treat both coach data and athlete data as confidential and do not sell personal information.

We collect information needed to provide CoachPal. This may include account details, organization and coaching information, athlete profile information, training and progress data, health or wearable data you choose to connect, messages, files, support requests, waitlist submissions, and technical information about how the service is used.

As CoachPal grows, the specific information we collect may change based on the features you use and the permissions you grant.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate CoachPal, manage accounts and invitations, support coaching workflows, sync and display connected data, enable messaging and files, provide support, improve the product, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

How Information Is Shared

Information may be shared within coaching relationships and organization workspaces based on roles, permissions, invitations, and the features being used. For example, an athlete's data may be visible to their coach when they choose to work with that coach in CoachPal.

We may also share information with service providers that help us run CoachPal, connected services you authorize, legal or safety authorities when required, or as part of a business transfer.

Athlete Control

Athletes should feel safe bringing their data to CoachPal. Athletes may transfer their athlete data from one coach or organization to another, subject to account verification and product limits designed to protect privacy and prevent misuse.

Athletes may also delete their athlete data. CoachPal is designed to include a mobile-app control that lets athletes request deletion of all data attached to their athlete account at once.

Coach Control

Coaches and organizations should feel safe storing their business, programming, client, and team information in CoachPal. We use this information to provide the coaching workspace and do not sell it.

Cookies and Security

We use cookies, tokens, device storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure sessions, remember preferences, and operate the service. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide CoachPal, maintain coaching records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Some requests may require us to verify your identity.

Children

CoachPal is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information without required consent, contact us so we can review it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as CoachPal changes. Continued use of CoachPal after an update means the revised policy applies.
